About Adam Cole
Adam Cole is an educator, musician, author and Feldenkrais
Practitioner in Atlanta,
GA. He graduated from the North
Georgia Feldenkrais Training in 2001, under the direction of trainer Carl
Ginsburg, who was one of the first Feldenkrais teachers to be
trained in the United
States by Moshe Feldenkrais himself. Adam
is required to continue his education in the Feldenkrais Method to
maintain his certification by the Feldenkrais Guild of North America®;
to do this, he is expected to continue to attend trainings on a regular
basis. To sum, Adam Cole is fully
engaged in the process that he brings to his clients.
Adam's
books include A Thousand Points of
Darkness, Hofstadter’s
Grandchildren, The Myth of Magic, and of his unique resource for pianists, Ballet
Music for the Dance Accompanist.
In addition, Adam is a composer of numerous works of music, as well as
poems, stories and songs. Adam is also an accomplished jazz and classical
pianist.
In addition to working with clients, Adam gives public
presentations about the Method and answers questions regarding the work.
